This page allows you to retrieve your password.

- You must know your current User ID. This is the name you use to login to the system
- The e-mail address you stored in your information must be your current e-mail address.

If you believe that both of the above are not correct then please contact your festival administrator.

Once you reset your password, your old password will no longer be valid. You will be e-mailed a new one to the e-mail address that we have on file.

Note: the new password may contain several types of characters and will be difficult to remember. We recommend that after you've logged in, go to the "My Information" tab and change your password to one that is easier to remember.
